Teamwork, Leadership, and Laughter: Our Spirit of the Marines Experience

On Thursday, the Winter & Simpson team had the fantastic opportunity to take part in Spirit of the Marines – a high-energy, team-building day organised by Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce and hosted by 45 Commando, Royal Marines, in partnership with the Highland Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (HRFCA).

From fast-paced challenges to problem-solving under pressure, the event truly tested our teamwork, strength, and ability to laugh through the unexpected!

It was an unforgettable experience packed with learning, connection, and a great deal of camaraderie. We’re proud of how our team supported each other, stepped up as leaders, and made the most of every moment - We even won the stretcher race!



Huge thanks to the Chamber, the Royal Marines, and HRFCA for delivering such a well-organised, inclusive, and inspiring event. Roll on next year – We’ll be sure to pack the sun cream!
